Collapse keeps one space between words, so the text stays readable. Strip All Spaces removes every whitespace character, including spaces, tabs and line breaks, so words run together like 'helloworld'. Use Strip All for codes and numbers, and Collapse for normal prose.

How do I remove spaces at the start and end of each line?
